Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage in a fast-paced retail store.
Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits and customer service.
Build, coach, train and engage crew to deliver superior levels of customer care and business results.
Inventory protection and asset management.
Overall cleanliness and readiness of the store, delivery vehicles, stock room and exterior areas.
Drive NAPA programs and push for continuous process improvements.
Grow customer relationships and assist with sales/service inquiries.
