Job Description

Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on involvement in all store areas. They prioritize friendly customer service, teamwork, integrity, and accountability. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resourcefulness.

Their responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting production and sales goals.
  2. Creating a positive environment for staff and customers.
  3. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
  4. Closing stores, reconciling cash, and securing the facility.
  5. Handling customer service and cash register operations.
  6. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  7. Inspecting and tagging textiles and clothing.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years in retail, including supervisory experience; key holder experience preferred.

Work Hours and Compensation

Stores operate Monday-Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 1 pm. The pay rate is $18.17 per hour.
