Job Description

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work across store areas. They prioritize friendly customer service and teamwork, demonstrate integrity by adhering to company guidelines, and hold themselves and staff accountable for meeting goals. They thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting production goals set for staff.
  2. Creating a positive environment for staff and customers.
  3. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
  4. Assisting in achieving sales and production targets.
  5. Closing the store, reconciling cash with sales reports, and securing the facility.
  6. Handling customer service and cash register duties.
  7. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  8. Inspecting, tagging, and hanging textiles and clothing.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles; experience as a key holder preferred.

Hours: Stores are open Monday-Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm, and on Sundays from 1 pm.

Pay: $18.17 per hour.
