About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager provides leadership and direction to front-line associates to ensure a memorable customer experience. This role oversees operations at a retail location, including staff management, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.

What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma/GED or 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or key holder experience.
  • 3-5 years in retail or service environments; automotive experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web applications, and office equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Professional appearance and use of PPE.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
