The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager leads the store team in servicing customers.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities
Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification, bilingual in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
