• Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the shop's operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including consulting with customers and following up on services.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, make repair recommendations, and source parts.
• Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop specials.
• Lead, manage, and train team members, aligning with company values.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of various vehicles.
• Maintain inventory and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
