Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and supervising key operations including merchandising, warehouse, cash areas, security, customer service, markdowns, planning, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on loss prevention and damage reduction.
  • Attract, recruit, and develop top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a positive environment for both associates and customers.
  • Communicate and implement action plans for projects, goals, initiatives, and changes within the store. Contribute to succession planning to meet future needs.
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales, expense, and customer service objectives. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs, and improve store layout and efficiency.
About You:
  • At least two years of retail management experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and provide effective feedback and coaching.
  • Skills in store operations, customer service, merchandising, staff management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-up skills to execute tasks and initiatives.

This position is bonus and overtime eligible, with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, approximately $54,956.54 - $75,518.51 annually. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
