AT&T in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will lead a team, participate in merchandising, and help execute product launches to meet sales objectives.

The role includes coaching retail sales consultants, coordinating on-site and off-site promotions, and participating in training programs to develop leadership skills. Base salary and commissions are offered with strong benefits.

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary between $57,000 - $85,600 + 18,000 commission with a total target compensation of $75,000 – $103,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
