Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wilton, NY to help run daily store operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You will support merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll lead with strong communication and strategic thinking, collaborating with stakeholders to implement initiatives and achieve goals. Competitive salary with commissions and extensive benefits are offered.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300 + $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
