Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations in Portage, MI, partnering with the store manager to drive sales and service excellence. You will coach a team, assist with merchandising and product launches, and participate in off-site events to promote the brand.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer experience, and collaboration with stakeholders, supported by comprehensive training and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in collaboration with the store manager.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive objectives.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $42,800.00 - $64,200.00 + commission $18,000.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
