We are seeking a dynamic & experienced individual to join our retail team as an Assistant Manager at our store in Southampton, NY. You will assist with day-to-day operations, staffing & leading the team, clienteling, and inventory management. We’re looking for someone who has a “no task is too big or too small” attitude and enjoys wearing many hats. The ideal candidate is passionate about the in-store customer experience and excited to help grow the Julia Amory brand presence in Southampton.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• Strong sales, operational, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work independently
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and support a small team
• Availability to work during the week & on weekends
