Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in the daily operation of the store, provide excellent customer service, maintain inventories and store appearance, and support the Store Manager in various responsibilities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring merchandise from stockroom to store.
• Help with ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support loss prevention efforts.
• Take on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with occasional lifts up to 55 lbs, and perform physical activities like walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.
• Flexible, full-time availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills: Customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, job knowledge, and relationship management.
