Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead daily tasks, train and support team members, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  2. Operations: Manage opening, closing, cash handling, register operations, bank deposits, shipping, and receiving.
  3. Inventory Control: Perform stock checks, manage product levels, and coordinate with the Store Manager on orders and replenishment.
  4. Customer Service & Sales: Provide exceptional service, promote products, and create a positive shopping experience.
  5. Animal Care: Ensure in-store animals are well-cared for and educate customers on responsible pet care.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of retail management experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Cash handling and register experience
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and grow
