Job summary

AT&T in Sioux City, IA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily operations, merchandising, and promotions. You will drive an extraordinary customer experience with our products and services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals and participate in outreach events, with best-in-class training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Job description

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,800 - $64,200 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
