McDonald’s independent Owner-Operator restaurants are seeking dedicated managers to join our team in Senatobia, MS. You’ll lead shifts, coach your crew, and ensure customers enjoy a fast, friendly experience every visit.

The ideal candidate is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable to change, with leadership experience and a collaborative mindset. Prior McDonald’s department manager experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and willingness to support the team on shifts.
• Experience leading others and collaborating with peers.
• Ability to adapt to frequent schedule changes.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These Managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.

The ideal person for this position is:

• Dependable -- always shows up on-time or early for all shifts and comes in when needed to support their team
• People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with customers and their team
• Adapts well to change -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

Prior McDonald's Department Manager Experience is preferred.
