Job summary

McDonald’s independent Owner-Operator restaurants are staffed by great people, and right now we’re looking for more of them. Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service for every visit, while Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager.

The ideal candidate is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, experienced in leading others, and a strong team player. Prior McDonald’s Department Manager experience is preferred.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These Managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.

The ideal person for this position is:

• Dependable -- always shows up on-time or early for all shifts and comes in when needed to support their team
• People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with customers and their team
• Adapts well to change -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

Prior McDonald's Department Manager Experience is preferred.
