HOT DOG ON A STICK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain food quality. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage busy shifts, and uphold brand standards in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with the Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts.
• Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards.
• Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Support hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Jump in wherever needed — leaders here lead from the front.
• Ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed.
