Job summary

HOT DOG ON A STICK is seeking a high-energy Assistant Store Manager in Hawaii to lead a fast-paced team, coach staff, and ensure top-notch guest service and food quality.

You’ll help drive sales, manage day-to-day operations, assist with hiring and training, and foster a fun, team-first culture that thrives under pressure.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations alongside Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and hype the team during busy shifts.
• Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality.
• Drive sales, team performance, and store success.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
