Job summary

Hot Dog on a Stick in Albuquerque, NM is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure great guest experiences. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive operations, coach staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver friendly service during peak hours.

You’ll also help with hiring, training, and developing team members while keeping the store clean, organized, and energized with a positive, team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player who stays calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and hype the team during busy shifts.
