Job description

Assistant Store Manager - Job Description:

The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and ensuring efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting the Store Manager with duties and tasks, and assuming their role in their absence (daily reports, action plan implementation, KPI performance).
  2. Supporting staff training and development to meet customer expectations aligned with company values and goals.
  3. Ensuring proper implementation of company guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  4. Motivating staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
  5. Maintaining high standards of store housekeeping.
  6. Handling customer complaints effectively.
  7. Growing and understanding the client database.
  8. Complying with all sales policies and procedures.
  9. Unpacking, hanging, folding merchandise, stock checks, and securing security tags when needed.
  10. Monitoring staff training, acting as a role model for internal procedures, standards, and product knowledge.
  11. Sharing knowledge as a brand expert to develop staff and achieve store goals.
