Job Objective

Assist the Store Manager or Store-in-charge with daily store operations, including sales, customer service, administration, communication, marketing, and merchandising. Be prepared to assume the Store Manager's responsibilities in their absence.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Analyze sales data with the store manager to develop business strategies
• Support and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets through coaching and high service standards
• Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor

Ensure all sales policies are followed. Collaborate on marketing initiatives and events to grow the customer base and enhance local presence. Develop product knowledge among staff and stay updated on fashion trends.

Customer Service:

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage client database for sales and engagement
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
• Assist with special events and client relations

Operations:

• Maintain store facilities and organization
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Control expenses and support budgeting efforts
• Ensure timely processing of deliveries and inventory management
• Train staff on POS systems and support loss prevention measures

Merchandising / Visual:

• Implement merchandising directives and maintain visual standards
• Ensure displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines
• Report inventory needs and product concerns

Human Resources:

• Support staff training and development
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Manage payroll processes
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
