The manager oversees specific areas of the club such as Operations, Merchandising, Member Services, or Perishables. They serve as a leader by providing direction, oversight, and ensuring company expectations are met. Responsibilities include establishing efficiencies, maintaining policies and procedures, delivering positive Member experiences, and ensuring a safe environment. The manager may function as the Manager on Duty (MOD), managing the entire club during assigned shifts.
Salary range starting from $69,500.00, based on various factors including location, education, experience, and qualifications.
