About this opportunity:
This position serves as lead worker to employees, beneficiaries, community service workers, and/or volunteers working in the Thrift Store and warehouse/sorting room ; assists store customers in donating, selecting, and purchasing store items; trains employees in the proper procedures for operating and maintaining a cash register; monitors employees work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy and completeness; maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the store displays; ensures the security of store items and the cash register; ensures that all donated items are processed through the warehouse in a timely manner and in accordance with established standards; ensures the thrift store remains adequately stocked.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Work is performed in a normal store environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather.
