Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in creating the Rally House retail experience. They lead in customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll, and operational expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House culture and provide daily direction and follow-up to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates. This role involves overseeing staff to complete daily projects, managing customer interactions, and maintaining an enthusiastic attitude. Candidates should be detail-oriented and sports fans.

This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to transition into managerial roles in the future.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
