Job Description:
This position is temporarily located at Store #271- 17232 North Village Main Boulevard Lewes, DE 19968 for training purposes. In late 2025, this position will be located at new store-address in MIDDLETOWN, DELAWARE 19709.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs department managers and leaders. Oversees performance of departments and associates. Supervises total store operations when store manager is not present.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, the Associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without an accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
Minimum requirement of a high school education or general education degree (GED) and two (2) years relevant retail experience. Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field desirable.
