Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Murray, UT to help run daily store operations, guide a sales team, and ensure customers receive exceptional service through every interaction. You'll partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, staff development, and achieving sales goals, while coordinating promotions and off-site events to boost traffic and loyalty.

Weekly hours are 40 with a time type of Regular.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
