Job summary

Shoe Station in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and support the team in a full-time role. You will act as a key holder, lead by example, and promote a customer-first environment.

The position focuses on opening/closing, coaching staff, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store standards with hands-on leadership training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Great customer service and a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment use, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
