Pandora in Montgomery is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with passion, coach a team, and drive exceptional customer experiences on the floor.

You will partner with the Store Manager, coach sales associates, and ensure brand standards and KPIs are met while delivering memorable shopping moments for our fans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to deliver results.
• Effective time management and delegation of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor and drive sales.
• Coach and inspire the sales team; provide real-time feedback to achieve KPI goals.
• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth store operation.
• Assist Store Manager and participate in hiring seasonal and core staff.
• All other duties as assigned.

About The Team

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the ASM you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the Store Manager, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store. Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

• You're a master of time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks like a pro.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
