Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Winston-Salem to lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. You will engage customers, coach staff, and help drive sales while upholding brand standards and KPI targets.

The role requires 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the ASM you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the Store Manager, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store. Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.
