Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, store appearance, and paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers positively, resolving inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked store and provide excellent service.
  • Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager's guidance.
  • Assist with unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items to the sales floor.
  • Support ordering, record-keeping, and loss prevention efforts.
  • Act as manager in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives.
  • Retail management experience preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with occasional lifts up to 55 lbs.
  • Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
