The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in creating an exceptional Rally House retail experience. Responsibilities include leading customer service, visual standards, receiving, inventory, payroll, and operational expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members, provide daily direction to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates, and oversee daily tasks. The role involves engaging with guests, managing team productivity, maintaining enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a passion for sports. Ideal for individuals aspiring to future management roles.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to work around fixed equipment and ladders is also necessary.
Salary range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
