Position Summary: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, managing inventories, and completing daily paperwork. You will also help supervise staff and support loss prevention efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers, resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Assisting with merchandise unloading, organization, and transfer.
• Supporting ordering, record keeping, and cash handling.
• Assisting in loss prevention and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and meet demands of store physical activities.
• Flexible full-time availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills in customer service, organization, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
