Job summary

Hop Shops, a division of Valor Oil, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Maineville, OH. Immediate start. $16.25/hour with a training schedule shifting to varied shifts. You will recruit, train, and develop the team, support daily operations, mentor staff, and cover Store Manager duties when needed.

You will also manage inventory, cash, safety, and store upkeep while delivering excellent customer service and community outreach. Stand for long periods and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• High school diploma required; further education or relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities
