Circle K, Main St, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, A63 YE00, is now hiring for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager.

The successful candidate will:

1. Work a 40-hour weekly contract (5 days per week).
2. Be fully flexible to work throughout the week.

About you:

A minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience.

Proven track record of delivering results.

Ability to lead and motivate a team to provide high levels of customer service.

Strong goal orientation with a high sense of urgency.

Ownership of personal success and a desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities.

IT literacy.

Strong leadership skills.

A Typical Day

Our retail stores are busy environments, and you will enjoy working in a high-performance, target-driven setting. You will lead a team, using your initiative daily to prioritize safety while delivering excellent service. A typical day may include:

• Overall responsibility for the store and ensuring a positive experience for customers and staff.
• Coaching, training, and leading team members.
• Ensuring a world-class customer experience.
• Merchandising and store presentation.
• Preparing food and K coffee.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
• Generating sales leads for the fuel card team.
