Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Louisville for a full-time role. You will be a key holder, support the General Manager, and lead a customer-first team in daily store operations.

You will train staff, oversee breaks, merchandising, and cash controls while upholding loss prevention practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment use, applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and working on your feet
