Assistant Store Manager (Transportation)
Works with the Store Manager, leadership team, and staff to execute store operational objectives related to supporting the annual operating plan.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including personnel issues, through the execution of plans established with the Store Manager.
Provides guidance and direction to store personnel in guest service, inventory, cash control, personnel management, loss prevention, safety, expense control, and merchandising to ensure efficient and profitable store operations.
Manages, organizes, and ensures the efficient operation of retail production.
Supports and promotes Goodwill's mission to help people in Greater Detroit prepare for, find, and keep jobs.
Embraces and demonstrates Goodwill's values, mission, and goals in all actions.
