EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time/Non-Exempt/Regular

HOURLY WAGE $15

Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking afull-time Assistant Retail Store Manager. Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, have excellent customer service skills, reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility. Supervises staff and community service workers, etc. in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months – 1 year experience)
  Deliver outstanding customer service
  Help drive sales, merchandising, and donation processing
  Train, motivate, and inspire team members
  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
  Assist with achieving store goals and performance standards
