Goodwill Industries—Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Retail Store Manager for the Alcoa location.

You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales, donations, and merchandising initiatives. Ideal candidates are energetic, flexible, reliable, and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility. Supervises staff and community service workers, etc. in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months – 1 year experience)
