Responsibilities

• Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability
• Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
• Partner with your teammates to drive store initiatives
• Care about people and profit
• Support your team and manage store operations to boost sales, profits, and customer satisfaction
• Build, coach, and train your team to deliver exceptional customer care and achieve business results
• Manage inventory, assets, safety, and operational issues
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas
• Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous process improvement
• Develop customer relationships and ensure positive experiences both in-store and over the phone

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses or degree preferred
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or willingness to learn automotive topics
• Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Preferred: automotive industry background, experience in parts retail, auto body, dealership, or related fields; ASE certifications; NAPA Know How
