Responsibilities

At The Vitamin Shoppe, you will…

  • Support the Store Manager in executing store operations with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, supporting others in doing the same.
  • Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Foster external community relationships to help grow sales.
  • Lead with integrity and accountability.
  • Support continuous education and participate in training initiatives.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts timely, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
