Compensation Pay Range: $14.42 - $19.00 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable in the job location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and can vary accordingly.
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role also involves shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager.

Required: Strong communication skills, ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Desired: Retail sales experience (preferably in auto parts), automotive systems knowledge, ASE Certification, multilingual fluency (Spanish highly desired).
