What You’ll Do

• Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and operations including merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent, serving as a mentor and fostering a positive environment.
• Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and initiatives. Contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals, and improve store layout and efficiency.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower large teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills.

This position is bonus and overtime eligible, with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, approximately $54,956.54 - $75,518.51 annually, depending on skills and experience.
