Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kennewick, WA to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts in guiding customers toward lifelong wellness.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain store standards, and foster a culture of continuous education and development. This role offers strong growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
• The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
• Valid driver’s license
• 3-5 years of retail experience
• Retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Store Manager, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external community relationships to grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Promote continuous education and participate in training initiatives.
• Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention, receipts, shelves, and pricing.
• Willing to perform additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support to the Store Manager - executing with excellence.

• Foster an environment of continuous education while supporting company driven training initiatives / participate in continuous learning activities.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $20.75 - $22.50 per hour.
