Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts in guiding customers on lifelong wellness. This role emphasizes customer engagement, team development, and a passion for health and wellness.

The position involves collaboration with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain store standards, and participate in ongoing training and development. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Direct support to Store Manager, executing with excellence.

• Maintain store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.

Qualifications

What we are looking for...

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction


• The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs


• Valid driver’s license


• 3-5 years of retail experience


• Retail management experience preferred

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $19.75 - $21.50 per hour.
