Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums, which vary based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. They manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence or when working opposing shifts and lead team members in servicing customers.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification, bilingual in multiple languages (Spanish highly preferred).
