The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence and leads store team members in servicing customers.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Lead the team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
2. Supervise customer service levels and team member execution of service programs.
3. Assist in staffing and scheduling, especially during peak hours.
4. Support in setting goals, coaching, and training team members.
5. Participate in hiring processes and candidate evaluations.
6. Ensure proper handling of customer transactions, returns, and merchandise invoicing.
7. Communicate company messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
8. Ensure team compliance with policies and proper store opening/closing procedures.
9. Maintain store facilities and equipment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification, bilingual in Spanish preferred.
