Position Overview: In this leadership role, the Assistant Store Manager champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

  1. Creating a positive experience and culture every day for employees
  2. Modeling excellent customer service and training store personnel to do the same
  3. Applying business skills to create efficient operations, happy guests, and a profitable store
  4. Providing administrative support through accurate reports, tracking, reconciling coupons and certificates, and managing crew work schedules
  5. Ensuring store safety and compliance with operational, health, and labor laws at all levels
  6. Monitoring cash procedures, bank deposits, cash drawers, reconciliation, and resolving cash variances
  7. Creating an exceptional pizza experience for every guest
  8. Assuming store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a similar QSR environment
  • ServSafe certification
  • Strong communication skills to engage customers and team members
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to cover shifts
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds
