Job Description

Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House Retail Party Customer Experience. They lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll, and operation expenses to achieve store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House party culture and provide daily direction and follow-up to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates. This position oversees keeping the store staff on task to complete daily projects. The Assistant Store Manager leads interaction with guests while managing team productivity. They maintain an enthusiastic attitude, are detail-oriented, and are sports fans. This position is for individuals with aspirations to transition into manager positions in the future.

Qualifications

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to work around equipment and ladders is also required.

Pay range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
