The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading a team of approximately 25 year-round associates and an additional 60 seasonal associates. The role encompasses various areas including sales, retail operations, and store management.
Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within a defined area. This includes sales management, account management, channel management, and overseeing field sales/merchandising forces across traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributors, and new business. In some countries, field sales may be separated from key account management (national and international).
Responsible for meeting profit and sales targets for the Henderson, NV store in a direct-to-customer retail environment. Focuses on Guest Service, Visual Excellence, Operational Efficiency, and Talent Management to drive results and ensure store performance.
Responsible for supervising, developing, and managing the retail sales team or department to meet market and budget objectives. Provides leadership and direction, coordinates sales, advertising, pricing, marketing, and operational activities. Monitors sales performance and retail KPIs, ensuring compliance with company policies. Analyzes sales data to determine potential and inventory needs, and maintains high standards of customer service and store presentation.
The base pay range at the start of employment is expected to be between USD 56,364.00 and USD 77,500.00. Actual offer may vary based on factors such as market location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation may include variable pay, benefits like medical and dental insurance, 401(k) participation, and paid time off, depending on the position and work schedule.
