The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading a team of approximately 25 year-round associates and an additional 60 seasonal associates. The role encompasses various areas including sales, physical retail, and store management.
Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within a defined area. This includes sales management, account management, channel management, and overseeing field sales/merchandising forces across traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributors, and new business. In some countries, field sales may be separated from key account management, both nationally and internationally.
Accountable for meeting profit and sales targets for the Henderson, NV store in a direct-to-customer retail environment. Focuses on guest service, visual excellence, operational efficiency, and talent management to drive results.
Manages and develops the retail sales team or department to meet market and budget objectives. Provides leadership, directs activities related to sales, advertising, pricing, marketing, and operations. Monitors sales performance and retail KPIs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Implements or improves programs to maximize market success. Ensures excellent customer service, strong leadership, and maintains visual and operational standards. Analyzes sales data to determine market potential and inventory needs.
The base pay range for this position at the start of employment is estimated between USD 56,364.00 and USD 77,500.00. Actual offer may vary based on factors such as market location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation may include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, 401k participation, and paid time off, depending on the employee’s schedule and eligibility.
